Udon
CLASSIC UDON
Noya’s take on traditional Udon Noodle Soup. Made with dried kombu and bonito, Cafe Noya provides a light and refreshing showcase of Japanese tradition, served with our signature onsen egg and flavourful skipjack oil.
BEEF SUKIYAKI UDON
Our signature udon, served with razor-thin shabu-shabu-style beef cooked in our homemade sukiyaki sauce and finished with our onsen egg and topped with our dashi. It is sweet, savoury, meaty, and is our proud guest-favourite.
CURRY UDON
Our Japanese-style curry, served with your choice of vegetables, chicken, or beef, tossed into our udon. It is a hot and sweet treat for guests looking for traditional flavour.
Hot Dishes
GYUDON
Cafe Noya’s signature rice bowl. Even without the dashi, it packs just as much flavour as the Sukiyaki Udon. Our beef is served on a bed of cabbage and topped with an onsen egg.
TERIYAKI CHICKEN
A sweet rendition on the traditional Japanese and Western fusion. Made with our in-house teriyaki sauce, our chicken is cooked to tender and dipped into the sauce.
SPICY RICE BOWLS
Served with your choice of chicken or beef. The beef is simmered in a sauce made from sweet hot pepper paste while our chicken is tossed in it.
Onigiri
CALIFORNIA ONIGIRI
A classic take on a classic item. Kani, Cucumber, Avocado wrapped in seasoned rice and nori seawood.
SPICY TUNA ONIGIRI
Spicy Mayo and White Albacore Tuna. A healthy crowd-pleaser.
BEEF SUKIYAKI ONIGIRI
Our signature sukiyaki beef with onions in our seasoned rice. Packed full of flavour with every bite. Meaty and decadent.
