Noya’s take on traditional Udon Noodle Soup. Made with dried kombu and bonito, Cafe Noya provides a light and refreshing showcase of Japanese tradition, served with our signature onsen egg and flavourful skipjack oil.

Our signature udon, served with razor-thin shabu-shabu-style beef cooked in our homemade sukiyaki sauce and finished with our onsen egg and topped with our dashi. It is sweet, savoury, meaty, and is our proud guest-favourite.

Our Japanese-style curry, served with your choice of vegetables, chicken, or beef, tossed into our udon. It is a hot and sweet treat for guests looking for traditional flavour.
